The breakfast

For the models, the most important meal of the day must be the breakfast. To make a healthy breakfast, of course, we must forget the industrial baking. Our choice must be the whole grains or muesli because bring you more fiber and minerals.

Experts nutritionists advise that 25% of daily calories must be consumed at breakfast. 1. Apple and walnuts.-Four walnuts with a small single apple or also with a low- fat natural yogurt, a tablespoon of lemon juice, honey and one other hemp seed.

2. Carrots and avocado.-Our suggestion is wet them with avocado sauce. If you like raw, you can take them alone or accompanied by avocado sauce or low- fat cheese with walnuts; depending if you like sweet or salty and the intensity of your morning.

The lunch

The lunch must contribute 40% of calories. The ideal lunch should be varied in nutrients, taking as allies vegetables and cereals. The dinner
