Top ten of food for the Beauty

Are you worried about the deterioration of your appearance? Are you just starting modeling and do you want your natural look perfect? Or do you notice that your hair and your skin look bad and do you feel inmediately tired?

Did you know that our physical appearance also depends on what do you eat? Besides exercising and realize ourselves treatments, if you don´t eat good probably your efforts are useless. For something is very popular to say "we are like we eat."

As we know the perfect diet is rich in cereals, fruits and vegetables for to keep slim and healthy. However, it´s nice to know what kind of fruits and vegetables are the most benefit for our body and there are also a number of other foods we love and that in ideal proportions and never in large quantities, contribute significantly to improving our beauty.



Many people may think that to be beautiful is expensive, well, it´s not true if we care from the root, from this way, we prevent some problems and we contribute to be and stay beautiful naturally.
Makeup can cover imperfections but what a wonderful it would be if we dont need it and we can prevent this problems. It´ s shown that remain beautiful doesnt have to be expensive if we care  about our feeding.

All we need for to contribute to our beauty are antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. We need antioxidants to keep our skin soft and elastic and the anti-inflammatories for to fight with the inflammation inside and out, as his own name suggests, and also prevent the appearance of wrinkles on the skin. The antioxidants and anti-inflammatories are the fountain of youth, and we need them for to keep our skin like a baby.

What properties and nutrients do you need for to be beautiful?

  • B vitamins: Remove the processed carbohydrates and include whole foods with these vitamins is very good option.
     
  • Vitamins A, C and E: Vitamin A is essential for acne, premature aging and cellular damage.
     
  • Vitamin C helps produce collagen, essential for our skin retain its elasticity and fight free radicals and wrinkles is delayed, so its very antioxidant.
     
  • Vitamin E protects skin from sun damage and it helps maintain hydration.
     
  • Omega-3 and zinc: Helps to maintain skin in good condition. Produces anti-inflammatory properties. This deficiency can be the cause of appearance of skin eczemas.

Don´t take out their skin, it´s precisely in their skin where are the greatest benefits. It has a powerful antioxidant that protects against skin cancer, also it has a fiber source that satisfies your stomach for hours.

The Popeye´s food, besides being very nutritious for their amount of iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, provides us with vitamins A, B, C and E, and contains powerful antioxidants and Omega 3. For not to mention the low fat content. They are a source of many carotenes and vitamin A and increases the levels of coenzyme Q10 in the body, powerful antioxidant that stimulates blood circulation and benefits inside and outside the body. Moreover, it´s a food that is available all year.

Include two or three servings of broccoli per week, it will help our skin, nails and hair to look more beautiful and healthy. Rich in fiber and low in calories, contains components that stimulate the production of enzymes that protect and improve the skin. Being very rich in potassium, helps prevent fluid retention.
