This happens when the email address provided at registration is already being used in an existing user account. If you forgot your password, go to the "Request new password" tab on the "Login" page. If you still have problems registering, please contact us

Registered companies don’t have direct access, through our models search system, to your contact information (email and phone number), only to your public profile. When registered companies in moduti with a Pro Membership contact you through the open search system, you will be notified through moduti and you will decide whether you respond to this particular contact or if you ignore it. If you refuse to respond to the business or contact person, you will not receive any further information about this particular contact.

Make sure you enter the right email and password. The e-mail and password are case sensitive, make sure "Caps Lock" is disabled. To recover your registration information please click on the "Request new password?" tab link that displays on the "LOGIN" page. If none of this works check your email to see if you have received an email from management that references your account access. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Access our Contact Us page and in the message provide your username and email with which you registered, within 15 days your account will be canceled. If this happens, we would like to know why, so we can keep improving our services.
