Apple with Greek yogurt

Who hasn’t heard of apple and its many benefits? I love them, and the combination of apple and cinnamon is my favorite. Apples are rich in minerals and vitamins. It is a perfect snack to help us control appetite and its high fiber content helps us feel satiated.

Ingredients

  • Apple
  • Greek yogurt
  • Cinnamon
  • A handful of nuts

Preparation

  1. Wash apples and cut into squares. I do not peel them, because I like to take advantage of all its nutrients.
  2. Beat the yogurt and reserve.
  3. Break the nuts into smaller pieces.
  4. In a dessert glass, alternate layers of yogurt with layers of apple and nuts.
