  • Salmon fillet
  • Tomato
  • Mango
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Purple Onion
  • Cilantro
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Season the salmon and cook on the grill over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl mix the diced mango, chopped tomato, cucumber and sliced onion.
  3. Add lemon juice and finely chopped cilantro.
  4. To finish it add the diced avocado and mix everything well. Enjoy this delicious combination of flavors!
