Roasted Vegetables Salad with Chicken
This is one of my favorite recipes. It is the perfect dish for a satiating and tasty dinner and we can prepare it very quick. If you are lazy you no longer have an excuse to eat healthy. You can serve with quinoa or salad.
- 2 chicken breasts
- Red and yellow pepper
- Green asparagus
- Chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
- Chop the vegetables and chicken and place on a baking sheet.
- Season with a spoonful of olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and bake 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Add chopped chives.
